First About how build this multicultural reflexion: Here are very welcome all languages existing on Third World particularly: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, and others within Romanic Languages as Italian, Romanian, Basque, Catalan, Galician, or similar... (in case of rest to the languages on the world, PLEASE, try to add an automatic or e-translate version, to one of them, with your original texts...).

Thanks for arrive to this point of the cyberspace, use for taken as battlefield of the ideas by the survival, flexibility, modernization and understanding of the situation of the MyPEs onThird World, with particular accent situation, present and future, of diversity in the MyPEs with technologic component, and within them tie to the calls, by diverse authors and multilateral organizations - as UNESCO and Cepal, are not it cultural exception- cultural industries.
The preoccupation of this communication channel born of the establishment, via the difficulty, mass media observation diverse - cable radio, television, supplements or newspapers specialized in PEyMEs within Latin Americans, and Caribbean, fundamentally - main of adaptation - management and financing of this sector of the society to the new necessities to fastest markets evolution and of opening in the neoliberal model.
Evidently, this space of I engage in a cultural, academic, politic dialogue, is not oriented to the guilty search, but of creative and constructive solutions, for sector PyMEs; reason by which feel so grateful that the commentaries, judgments of value of religious, in favor or anti-imperialist character, we for a moment leave it in recess, and we put ourselves to think about, seriously, in the destiny of million human beings that in our respective nations or territories, they try to resolve the crisis of the perspective, with: their sweat, talent, and vocation to identify social, commercial, industrial, artisan and spiritual needs, that the PyMEs sector fills, in each corner of non industrialized .
Warm greetings and we are lovingly open when sharing preoccupations and proposals in these matters, always from the not industrialized perspective, in anyone of following dimensions: =====================
1. PyMEs and organizacional change.
2, PyME and technologic change.
3. The cultural activity as human project, with permanence characteristic and exporting vocation, via the joint with PyMEs' philosophy.
4. The current place of qualification and consultancy, like bridges to new managemental capacities and horizons of product, circulation, and services by PyMEs.
5, Social and technologic networks, approaches of international cooperation, between PyMEs: suppliers, clients or cooperative B2B.
6. Jump against limitations of financing and tecnologization in PyMEs into non industrialized nations(Underdeveloped, not industrialized, of the South, but poor, less advanced) or as it wants to denominate to it them.
7. PyMEs in the model of local and regional development.
8. New Initiatives on networks, benchmarking, and collaborative work oriented to fights against the exclusion and personal handcaps , in proprietors or employees in PyMEs.
9, Leverage in PyMEs.
10. The national and international strategy of fight against the poverty and the options within reach of the PyMEs.

Bienvenido/a a este punto del ciberespacio, tomado como campo de batalla de las ideas por la supervivencia, flexibilidad, modernizacion y comprension de la situacion de las MyPEs en el Tercer Mundo, con particular acento a la situacion, presente y futura de la diversidad de las MyPEs de componente tecnologico, y dentro de ellas las vinculadas a las llamadas por diversos tradistas y organizaciones multilaterales-entre las cuales UNESCO y CEPAL, no son la excepcion-industrias culturales.
La preocupacion de este canal de comunicacion surgio de la constatacion, via la observacion de diversos medios de comunicacion -radio,television de cable, suplementos especializados en PEyMEs y periodicos iberoamericanos, fundamentalmente-, de las principales dificultades de adaptacion -gestion y financiacion- de este sector de la sociedad a las nuevas necesidades de los mercados y de apertura en el modelo neoliberal.
Evidentemente, este espacio de dialogo cultural, academico, politico, no esta orientado a la busqueda de culpables, sino de soluciones creativas y constructivas, para el sector PyMEs, razon por la cual agradeceriamos que los comentarios, juicios de valor de caracter religioso, partidario o anti-imperialista, lo dejemos en receso por un momento y nos pongamos a pensar en serio, en el destino de los millones de seres humanos que en nuestros respectivos paises, procuran solventar la crisis de la perspectiva, con sudor, ingenio, y vocacion de identificar las necesidades sociales, comerciales, industriales, artesanales y espirituales que llena el sector PyMEs, en cada rincon del mundo no industrializado.
Saludos cordiales y estamos amorosamente abiertos al compartir preocupaciones y propuestas en estas materias, siempre desde la perspectiva de los paises no industrializados, en cualquiera de las siguientes dimensiones:

3. Los proyectos de actividad cultural con rasgo de permanencia y vocacion exportadora, via la articulacion con la filosofia de las PyMEs.

5. Redes sociales y tecnologicas, aproximaciones de cooperacion internacional, entre PyMEs: proveedores, clientes, B2B
6. Superacion de las limitaciones de financiacion y tecnologizacion de las PyMEs en paises de menor desarrollo relativo (Subdesarrollados, no industrializados, del Sur,mas pobres, menos adelantados) o como quiera denominarseles.

8. Iniciativas de genero, lucha contra la exclusion y minusvalia, en propietarios o empleados de PyMEs.
